Khristian Guillory brings experience across real estate, land acquisition, and energy infrastructure to Guillory Holdings. His background includes 44 closed real estate transactions through agency representation in California and $2.4 million in land contracted for solar development with Ovan Capital.

His experience with Alta Realty Group and Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate spans residential and investment property transactions, negotiation, and acquisition coordination. At Landmark Dividend, he supported nationwide territory development through initial landowner outreach, asset qualification, and purchase proposals, helping advance ground lease opportunities through the contract negotiation process. These opportunities involved billboards, cellular towers, solar farms, and wind turbines. His work with Chargie further developed his experience in project economics and energy infrastructure agreements.

At Guillory Holdings, Khristian applies this background to tax lien investing, tax deed acquisitions, and voluntary pre-foreclosure purchases. He focuses on disciplined property evaluation and responsible reinvestment, with the goal of returning distressed properties to productive use and expanding attainable housing opportunities.

Khristian holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Grand Canyon University.
